The muting circuit may be similar to the ones where a leaky capacitor causes problems. What it the part number on the opto-couplers?
What is the DC voltage on each one red on terminal 1, black on 2.
With only B+ and ground connected, both optocouplers.
After remote is applied for 10 seconds, both optocouplers.

With just power and ground
0.00 volts on both
When remote is hooked up after 10 seconds

1.12

Voltage measured across 4 and 5 after the delay?
What is the DC voltage on pin 5 (black on secondary ground) before the optocoupler switches on?

Have you tried all 6 channels driven, with speakers connected while operating all of the switches/pots through their entire range?
Channels 5 and 6 are the only ones that have audio .
Channels 1 through 4 have no audio at all tried all pots and switches though entire range

With a meter probe, short terminals 1 and 2 of each optocoupler to see which optocoupler controls (mutes) the sub channels.
If I shirt pins 1 to 2 on opto 1 it will lower the voltage to 0.00 volts on opto 2
If I short pins 1 to 2 on opto 2 the voltage remains at 1.11 volts on opto 1
If I short pins 1 to 2 on opto 2 the voltage remains at 1.11 volts on opto 1
What is the DC voltage on leg 3 before and after muting?
Is it correct that the muting on the sub channel is working as it should? (short initial mute delay)
Is it correct that the muting on the sub channel is working as it should? (short initial mute delay)
Yes the sub channels are working correctly
Q106
Emitter:0.00 before delay 0.31 after delay
Collector :26.56 before delay and after delay
Base:0.00 before delay and 0.56 after delay .
The sub channels the base is at 0.00 volts after delay

They don't seem like muting transistors. They may be part of the over-current protection. Do you have a silkscreen similar to that anywhere else in the amp?
The modules are going to make troubleshooting difficult. See if you can get the internal diagrams from ZED.
