Shorted diode on driver board

Anyone know the part number of D6 on this driver board. Out of a Sundown SCV-7500. I need to order some. Thanks.

What are the markings?

The exact diode isn't critical. You need an ultrafast recovery diode that can easily withstand full rail-rail voltage. The ES1G or the ER1G (different size) are typically good subs.

Says XH3 on top. 4NO3 on bottom.
