FS: 2sk170BL + 2sj74V + 2sk389BL + 2sk147V
I have a decent amount of these ~15yo NOS parts (edit: unfortunately not the amazing sony 2sk23a) and I am looking to sell them. I could also trade for a pair of genuine 2sk170 V so I can build the M2 and then permanently retire from DIY audio. Someone once said "A man's gotta know his limitations". I had to get my daughter
to read the numbers off the parts: it's time for me to retire! 😀
PM if you want to discuss.
Thanks

Thanks! It has been a while since I looked at these datasheets but isn't the complementary pair what Nelson is using in the M2x (j74 k170)? I'll look into it again.
Grataku,
One of these may help you postpone your retirement from DIY audio.

grimberg...Haven't heard that name in a long time! I don't have instruments or a 'situation room' from which to hang such a contraption. In my current area cars go in the garage, or they are stolen... I am making a point here but it's pretty close to reality... LOL
I am still around. I noticed that a while back you stopped posting regularly, but your statistics showed that you were still visiting the forum on occasion, so I did not see the need for a welfare check. It is good to see you back.
