the drivers are in excellent used shape with no blemishes or any marks on the drivers. the connectors and the gasket show signs that it has been used but no problems or imperfections just signs of being mounted.
if anyone can pickup in person in philly area i also have these plexiglass panels that i had water jet made for them
the panels can not be shipped.

Top or bottom drivers?
If they're the bottom, what is the very interesting looking top driver?
Peace
Rick

I just looked up the TS on these. I'll pass. Good luck with your sale.
Darn. I knew that horrible ts was going to get me. Curse my fortune.

Why, that's a Lii Audio F15 -
Dadbeh, How did your plexi-panel setup sound?

it worked out great and allowed me to really try numerous configurations to understand how to get the best sound that i can out of the F15 but it has one fatal flaw which probably would have been obvious to an experienced person but I had to figure it out by doing. first let me tell you what worked out so great about it:
you can see the construction here:

this allowed me to modify every dimension. i could make it wider, deeper, taller, add wings on one or both sides, etc. No other build that i have ever seen allows this type of modularity. not even professional solutions like PUREAUDIO{ROJECT.
with this i was able to add one side wing or remove it in a few seconds.
the problem that came out though was due to the incredible light weight of the structure,. i built the whole thing out of aluminum T slots so before adding the driver I could pick it up with one hand. I was hoping that the combination of the extreme light weight and bracing and anti vibration feet would be enough to make it not resonate but unfortunately with music with very deep and very prominent bass the whole structure resonates. most pinkl floyd was fine but with some billie eilish, hip hop, etc IF I WANTED THE real inpactful bass i had to really turn it up and then the whole thing started resonating so I decided to get rid of the alpha 15 woofers and add box servo subs. i will also commision professional wooden panels to be build with my specifications.
overall i built this to experiment and it was the most rewarding audio experiment that i have ever done.

Wow - I dont think you have "enough" toys in that room! Thanks for sharing. So, sans resonance at high SPL with low bass, how's the sound? Where did you Xover, 100?
I thought I read Scott (of Woden) say you needed concrete level of mass to effect such resonances and that's why he (and Dave) build cabinets with the arrays of swiss-cheese'd panel bracing internally. I wonder if you built a cube of such lattice work and bolted the metal frame to it (after arriving at a happy dimension) if that would cure the frame resonance?
Sealed subs may be an easier way out of the problem, but the sound output of the system will change. Bass propagation will sail through the walls of your house like they're transparent, which is different than one of the OB qualities I like - bass at the listening position, no bass in adjacent rooms / elsewhere. Sure you want to give that up?
I wonder if you put a thick-paneled "tunnel" behind the woofers (in lieu of wings) if that additional structure would be "enough" to tighten things up bass-wise for you - and be a little easier to construct?
