Hifonics Brz2400.1D driver card protection help.

I need help with this driver card the amp stays in protection and no output on pins 8-9 of the ka7500b. It burnt up the 4.7ohm resistor to the 12v relay. Q5,Q6,Q2, I changed both ic1-2 and the BR pnp transistors. What is a suitable transistor for Q2?

There are multiple damaged vias.

Post the DC voltage on the 8-pin IC.

12.49vdc without remote amplifier goes into protection and has 12.49vdc on pin 11-12 ( there pads are burnt to one. So is pins (13-14-15). If I apply 12v to the remote line the relay clicks and no led lights up.
