Is an expensive PSU worth it

I have this amp TPA3116 Subwoofer Amplifier Board 2.1 Channel HIFI Bluetooth AMP 2*50W+100W | eBay powered by a very cheap 20 euro 24V laptop power supply (switchmode with ground) would a more expensive psu be worth it to eliminate noise?

First question is by "very cheap" do you mean a potentially unsafe chinese import?

Do you know if there is 'noise' ?

There is audible noise from the speakers. I dont know if you are referring to that or noise in the power input of the amplifier
