Hey folks. I have an M2Tech Palmer power supply that has stopped working! It turns on, but somewhere along its path I guess it's decided not to send power. The battery still works, but it's not doing its job. I guess my question is has anyone else had this problem? And if so, how did you fix it?

The battery is fully charging when I put the test leads on the battery it reads 16+ volts when power is on it or read 15 point something volts which there is current drawl amongst the board but no voltage on the output
