ROTEL RA-913 parts substitution

Hello.I need to replace all of the transistors in Rotel RA-913.This is what i came up with:

MAIN AMP
2SC1403A--->MJ21194G
2SA794--->KSA1220AY
2SC1567--->KSC2690AY
2SA921S--->KSA992F
2SD571L--->BC639-16
2SC1885--->KSC3503D (cant find E or F suffix on mouser)
2SA912--->KSA1381E

TONE CONTROL
2SC1327--->KSC1845F

PHONO
2SC1980--->KSC1845F
2SA750--->KSA992FB

Any suggestions?

I had a quick look, do you really need to replace all of them?


If the small signal transistors are serviceable I would leave them/reuse if possible. Unless the parts are dead or damaged (corroded) there is little point replacing them.



The power transistors you specified are slower than the originals (4MHz vs 10MHz), but would likely work fine.

Did you complete your project?
In particular, did you use MJ21194G to replace 2SC1403A?
Did they work well?I need to replace one or all of mine in my Rotel RA 913.
