Massive Audio E3 No Power

Could someone hell me with a no power Massive Audio E3 nano amplifier.

The inductor was shorting on the cover.

Start with the voltage on the 494.

I did Perry and discover it to did not have any power getting to it. So I replaced the 2sc1797 pnp transistor.
It powered up.
I just got two of these in. The output inductor has broken free on both and came unsoldered from the board.
