ID Schottky Diode

I'm trying to identify this Schottky Diode.

I haven't found a data sheet for it.

But did find a diode chart on line
that displayed the color code for Schottky diodes
or maybe it was diodes in general.

Doing the diode check with my HP34401A meter
one way was open
the other way gave me a 605 ohm reading.

Here is a close up pic along with the colors.

Cheers,

@Mark, no, it read 605 ohms with the diode check function on my meter an HP34401A.
I was surprised that it displayed the ohms measurement instead of voltage. For standard
voltages, it give the readings in .6xx Volts.

@ PM2222A, If true, then I should be able to send 15VDC with a 1k resistor for current limit and with the reverse breakdown voltage the zener should measure 10V going through it or what ever the value of the zener. I have some other zeners that I can

configure the test jig to get started with.

Cheers,

@ Mark, well I may stand corrected. When I retested wtih another diode, on the diode check
it gave me a .615V reading in the diode mode. Maybe I was in the wrong mode
and didn't realize it--it really gave me a WTF moment though.

Did they color band zeners the way they did schottkys?

I just figured it out, shame on me, I didn't press shift, diode symbol.
When just pressing the diode symbol it's really the button face, in this case
continuity mode.

The schottky's tested at .144 V when diode testing.

Maybe it's an older version of the ultra fast diode?
or possibly a manufacturing error/mismark.

I've got a few 1000 diodes with the band marked incorrectly
and some other odd ball stuff.

Cheers,
