I looking for datasheets of PTO / PTO/2 / etc. etc. or SGS ATES 10337 because I should repair my vintage radios.

Why do you think they are bad??

I would start with true Ge diodes or 2 legs of a Ge transistor. In the USA, Small Bear Electronics is a reliable source.
