It looks damaged to me. What happened to the surround?
It might help if you took them out of the box,
and show them that way, with a couple of different angles.

That strange looking surround is a feature, not a bug! Its part of their distortion reduction strategy.
The surround is in a vibration shape, therefore the membrane knows what she have to do !
