I cleaned it up but not much better then what it was .
I believe they are
220 ohm
100 ohm
Last ones measure 0.462 so would that be a 470 ohm resistor ?

If I switch the drivers to bd139/140 can I use 47 ohm gate resistors with the 064n’s or should I kept hem at 22 ohm ?
I'd leave them at 22. 47 is marginal for the 064, in my opinion.
I only use the green arrow to go to the last posts. If posts are made in-between, I don't generally see them.

One appears to be a thermistor (black blob). If the other was a thermistor, it's not now.
If it goes to ground, it could be a heatsink ground.

They are both thermistors I just looked at the board .
Do I take the measurement at room temp and find a replacement ?

I replaced the thermistor with the same value as the other one .
The audio driver board and outputs are out of the amp right now .
Amp try’s to power up but when relay engages the amp protects .
Any ideas on where to look ?

L302 that sits in front of the rectifier . It didn’t measure anything when I replaced the amp worked . Unless there is a lose connection somewhere and it was a coincidence
The N have been said to be more suited for switching applications. The non-N may work but the amount of testing required to ensure that they work perfectly isn't worth the effort since the originals are readily available.
So use the IRF640N and the 9640 non N suffix .
Maybe I’m wrong but I thought hey made IRF9640N but when trying to place a parts order I can’t find the 9640N anywhere

Were the original 9640s N or non-N?
The 9540s are made with the N suffix but I don't think the 9640s were.
The generic diagram for this type of amp shows the 9640 and 640N.
