Help with the bias

Everytime the bias reach 10mv, the bias raise itself, it jump to 20 or 30mv right away.

Select a better more appropriate value pre set to match the knee of Q9 and Q10.
I note there is no temperature sensing arrangement. Are the bias array transistors thermally connected to the power transistors?

The resistors in the circuit should set value roughly and preset should be a fine adjust.

I changed r18 and r19 to 560ohm and r16 1k7 if I didn't, the bias will raise immediately.
Yes, the Q9 and Q10 on the same HS with the final transistor.
