Morel has better high frequency potential being a 1.1" dome unit, unlike 2" dls (cone) unit. I vote for Morel.

I switching from Morel Maximo.
I feel that their height is too noticeable.
I think I prefer it more at the lower "temp" of sound than higher "temp"
I do have 10" subwoofer (rockford p3)
PLEASE NOTE that the DLS have A much higher price tag...so that is why the difference.

Automotive sound system is to be voiced based on certain rules of good sound engineering. You can't just throw in something and be done with it.
