I have a PCB similar to Clementine but Driver is 9 pin tube -12AX7 or similar - 6N1P
It has some many option like -Jumper select for Triode, UL or Pentode mode.
You can use Resistors or LM317 for bias of 6L6.

Schematic -driver tube 12AX7 or 6N2P. Power tube 6L6 or similar pin out tube.

I don't see an LM317 for bias in the circuit diagram !
What is the additional circuit board for?
Is there a parts list?

Footprints for LM317 and other relevant parts are there on PCB. Use either resistors or LM317 for bias.
The small extra pcb is used by diyer to make DC for filament.
I have that too in case someone wants to use.
