Hi guys i got this amp in for repairs. The problem was it was going into protect mode i managed to sort that problem the issue i have now is there is no drive signal to output fets on the pre amp im not sure if someone removed this u7 ic because the amp came from a previous repair

Thank u Perry i got the photo i think that could be the same. When i drive a signal into the rca i get some square waves on the pins of the missing ic but no drive on 2113 Low in / high in
Hi perry this amp now has drive signal on lo side gates but when i play amp it distorts can it be hi side drive problem?
You have to supply the high side with a DC source. I use a 9v battery. This is covered on the Type 3 page as well as the Power acoustic BAMF5500 page (closer to the amp you have).
