I ordered about 20 Pcb's for a LM555 based turn on delay, more then i ever need.
So i am selling the PCB's with a BOM and Schematic included. Or alternatively built and tested boards.
Function
The boards can be powered from 6.3VAC, once 6.3VAC is applied the relay will close in about 30-40seconds (trim-able with an on board trim-pot)
There is a footprint for a second relay, So you can switch dual mono supplies with this boards, i can supply a second relay.
The relay will switch 300VDC 440VAC and is rated for 15A.
The boards measure 49x100mm and have M3 mounting holes on 40x90mm
Connections are made through industry standard 6.3mm Fastons.
Attached you will find a schematic of the board.
Assembled and tested boards: €15. and a single PCB for €2.50
Shipping: EU only, for international DIY'ers you can ask me for the Gerbers. and i will send them to you for €1

Surplus experimental boards.
These are universal boards that can be used to quickly build a supply, you can either build a stacked capacitor supply, or a split supply, with full-wave or bridge rectification. Filtering options are CLCLC CRCRC or a combination of both, You can choose using 10mm wire jumpers.
Capacitors are standard 30mm snap-in types. Diodes are TO220, bleeder resistors are 15mm pitch types. Connections are made through wirepads.
These PCB's have some cosmetic errors included, but at €2 each that shouldn't matter that much.
Gerbers are free if you ask for them.

Boards for mounting 35mm Dia snap-In capacitors
These are so simple, yet very useful, If you have trouble mounting electrolytics.
Size is 49x100mm, mounting holes M3 on 40x90mm.
Asking €1 for a PCB. Gerbers are, free if you ask for them.

Multi cap boards
These boards can be used with tektronix iron from 500 series O'scopes. Or you can choose not to put them in series and use the boards for bipolar supplies, Leaving one section unused.
The setup is really simple, Fuse holder and a resistor to fix the conduction angle on those low resistance windings. Then a capacitor and a bleeder resistor.
€2 each, Gerber files are free on request

Boards for LM317/lm338 supply
These are boards for a LM317/LM338 (or pin compatible) supply. I use these as DC regulators for the heaters in my Phono amp.
The heatsink is a FISCHER SK125-84. 5.8K/W i believe
Great boards if you have height restrictions on your design
Bridge is a GBPC80X type rectifier, main filter capacitors are 7.5/18mm types.
The boards measure 80x100mm and are priced at €1.50 each. I have 6 available.

Yes, However depending on what you want to purchase, it might be cheaper to order the boards from china yourself, I can write up a BOM on most of these PCB's upon request. Or supply reworked versions.
PM me for the details.

Sorry it appears that the topic notification slipped through the cracks.
It would be cheaper for you to order the PCB's directly yourself, and source the components locally. The relay is a 44 Series relay with a pitch of 5mm.

Bump.
I recently finished these boards, they are meant as a general purpose power supply board, that can be configured as CRC or CLC with a 7W resistor in CRC configuration.
Capacitors are standard dimensions: 30mm snap-in, connections are 6.3mm faston. you can also solder to these pads.
There are connections for connecting the LM555 delay boards. I suggest putting a 100K 3W resistor in the first spot but this value depends on the time delay chosen and buffer capacitance.
I don't have many of these boards left, but more are on the way from China. and if you want to order your own, the gerbers are available for €1
