At first glance I was sure that these tubes are veteran TELEFUNKEN RV258's form the 1920ies. I'm the proud owner of a (one) RV258 III. But on a closer look they're different. What tubes are they?

The last picture in post #341 seems to show 16x russian 6s19p (6С19П) tubes but I can't find any description or schematic for it.
No OPT as well, so maybe OTL ?
And what is in those cages ? maybe SMPS ?
