Looking at the schematic yours has a speaker protection relay and a switching protection -TR601 there is also an output fuse.
Obviously overvoltage at the output due to a output device going s/c or unbalance due to one side of the power supply faulty are a start .
Head-Fi like to know who you are so I disable any blockers , in any case several Chinese posters had to ask for help as its also the case of The GFW blocking Google.
