It turns out that Mouser and Digikey don't have anything in 34-35mm diameter that fit the requirements for 80 VDC and 22K uF.
The caps I need to replace are 34x80mm and 34x100mm. 15K uf and 22K uF both at 80V.
Closest I can source at Mouser is 40mm diameter, which will bump into the bus bars on the PCB and will prevent fitting the plastic cover over the far end of the cap bodies, which secures it from vibration, to chassis.
I found some similar caps in screw terminal, but these are four terminal snap ins that solder directly to the PCB. Originals are NAD-branded.

Yes, two are bulging and the unit blows fuses when turned on. Fault traced to capacitors. Removed all four and tested, does not blow the fuse when removed.
I tried everything with a +/- 2mm tolerance. I did find the 15kuF part in a 35mm body, but the 22KuF is 40mm. There is a tiny bit of wiggle room, so I think I will go with those parts and see how it fits.

bringing up a dead thread - but hoping someone would chime in.
I had a 80V 22000uF capacitor blow in the PSU. I can't find anything higher than a 12000uF 80V in 35MM diameter. Ordered it and installed, to make sure that was the only thing that went wrong - luckily it was.
1) Am I going to have an issue with 1 capacitor being 12000uF and the other 3 being 22000uF?
2) Any idea where I could source a 80V 22000uF in a 35mmx100mm 4-pin spec? I have tried Mouser, Digikey, Newark, Apex Jr. and ebay.

This is the schematic I could find - oddly it matches the NAD T975
difference is the T-972 I have is 80V 22,000uF for C247/C248 and C253/C254.
The T975 has 80V 15000uF for C247/C248 and 80V 22000uF for C253/C254.
Being that they used 15000uF for 2 capacitors on the T975, I don't feel so bad using a 12000uF on mine. We will see I guess - once I am satisfied with testing and put back into my system.

Will depend how hard you push the amp, you may never notice a difference. If you need to downsize I would put the same size capacitor in positive and negative positions.
The replacement doesn't need to have 4 pins, if it needs additional mechanical support then some glue would help. Same for diameter, if you can squeeze some 40mm or bigger parts in there you may have better luck.

one may change C247 and C248
from CD294 15,000 80V 105C four pins 35 X 100 (P/N 06-15381-01)
to CD294 10,000 100V 105C +/- 20% four pins 35 X 100 (P/N 06-10312-02),
and change C253 and C254
from CCD294 22,000 uF 80V 105C four pins 35 X 100
to CD294 10,000 100V 105C +/- 20% four pins 35 X 100 (P/N 06-10312-02).
*** One may use 06-10212-01 1000 uF 100V 105C for C224 and C225
instead of 06-10281-01 @ 80V.
