KMTech Gainclone UK Seller

I would not recommend their LM3886 boards. I am trying to build my first Gainclone right now and had to modify the boards a lot (I bought bare pcbs). First of all pcb is too long on the side of the chip. So for the chip to completely contact the heatsink, I had to file of 1 - 1,5 mm of the pcb from the chip side.

Grounding is another issue. There is no ground plane and one ground trace. It goes from decoupling caps to speaker output, than to signal input, then to mute circuit and then to chip. I had to cut a few traces and do point to point connections for a star ground on the pcb.

I wanted to bump this older thread to see if anyone had success with the 4x LM3886 boards. 4x LM3886 ICs Bridged-Parallel BPA200 Chipamp Gainclone PCB only DIY KMTech | eBay
