I make this d class with the help of my electronic guru mr.andrew lebon.amp is working fine but mosfet becomes hot .plz do remedy

1) Schematic?
2) PCB layout?
3) Switching frequency?
3) Very likely, wrong core material for the output inductor. Is that white/yellow (Micrometals -26)?

What size is the heat sink. Did you use thermal compound. If they run hot with no load, check the dead time and the output choke.
And, now you are at it:
Supply voltages?
Speaker impedance?
I have chokes (35A rating) with a core looking somewhat similar (yellow/greenish). They are absolutely unsuited for output filters due to core losses.
I guess "4K5 watt" means an amplifier that is supposed to deliver 4500W. Then it is no surprise if the power-FETs are stressed.
My impression is that with IRS2110 you cannot increase the dead-time further?

IRS2110 doesn't have internal dead-time, it has independent high/low inputs, so that would need to be taken care of "upstream" of it.

I understand, but handling dead-times that change with temperature and loading "upstream" is more difficult with nanosecond precision.
Do not go to class D with a single layer PCB even if you need 45W )) I'm was sure if everyone knows that, including "guru" 😉

You can use a diode across gate resistor to discharge mosfet gate quicker than it is charged up for more deadtime.

A good idea, Nigel.

+1
The ringing from each and every transition alone will give losses!
In class-D and smps, layout is as much if not more of the design as is the schematic.

diodes are already fitted at gate across 47 ohm resisters
If it's too hot, add a heatsink?
A very logical solution.
But, if you are dealing with a 4500W amplifier and your shoot-through's, choke losses, parasitic oscillations etc. are excessive it is not so simple as with lower power amplifiers where we can compensate a little for less optimized operation. Excessive heating may indicate other high level stress.
Ultra power amplifiers just multiply grossly the problems we know how to counter in amplifiers up to a couple of hundred watts.

oh come on, it's not anywhere near 4500w. Let OP show same waveforms, then anybody can help. Guessing will do nothing good

4500W recommended --> Class D with efficiency of 90% = 10% loss = 450W heat = heatsink...class A size of heat sink or a lot of strong fans !

4k5w ???? Where are the measurements?

Ask your guru to help you out in this case as well.😀
The PCB looks like a cheap Class-B amp redention.
Hello
greetings masood has posted irs4k5 some clarification i am not anyones GURU
i have not asked him to make this amp and for me CLASS D is history so masood
please do not use my name in this forum .Some advice read electronic theory
before you start any project
warm regards
