How can you stream bluetooth audio to multiple bluetooth audio amplifiers ?

Is there any way to get (almost) synchronized audio from multiple bluetooth amplifiers from one bluetooth source ? I have heard of bluetooth 5.0 and bluetooth splitters, but do they work ?

Might i suggest that the class-D subforum is perhaps not the optimal place for bluetooth questions? 🙂 I'd think the digital source one (more than the digital line level one) might be closer to home.
