Hi, unfortunately, all the labels on these MOSFETs appear to have been scratched off 🙁
Does anyone know of correct/suitable replacements for this model?
It's a 300w amp with "Digital subwoofer ds-300" stamped on the back of the PCB.

Thanks in advance for any help

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Hmm appears to use the same PCB as the EV SxA180 which I've managed to find a circuit diagram for:
https://1drv.ms/f/s!AhEaoM8TIFO4niEpBhk_KlwxRhOZ
The MOSFETS appear to be
irf6215 (#2 and 3)
irf3315 (#1)

Anyone know of a suitable replacement for irf3315 (n channel, 150v, 27A, RDS 0.07 Ohms)?
Thanks
Thanks

All originals are available from RS.

Awesome thanks for the replies:
I did notice the PBF version of the IRF3315 was 23A vs 27A on the original part - is this ok?
Ps. Any tips for choosing suitable MOSFETs? 🙂

Hi!
I'm trying to fix my Mordaunt Short-Aviano 9 Subwoofer because the Q202, R202, R203 and D202 are burned on the RF brd.
I tried searching but could not find any info. Any idea what the values are?

Thank you,
Sorry for the late reply (its been sitting on my shelf waiting to be fixed 🙂)
q202 is a c1815
r202 is 220 ohms 5%
r203 is 1.8 k ohms
d202 is some kind of zener (possibly 15v 🙁 markings aren't clear))

d202 is an 18v zenerI will have a look at the zener voltage tomorrow to confirm what it is.
