Ok, I got ISSUU to work on my other computer, so it appears that the paper is a compilation of various Wolcott patents and Dick Olsher's (mis-spelled in the paper) review on the Presence amplifier in 2000 from Enjoy The Music. Nevertheless, it must have taken a bit of effort to pull the various sources together, thanks again!

I know it's an old thread, but I've just found it looking at your amps.
