WTB IRF240 and IRF9240 TO-3

The trouble is that none of these suppliers have both N and Ps (or the minimum qty is 50). I want them for the Pass Sony Amp Part 2. I can buy IRF151 and IRF9131 in TO-3 from a local supplier. Do you think they will work as the regulator, cascodes?

I will poke around more for pricing. I would not want to buy a 100 of them, there is no formal demand list, and if these reach over a target price of 10-12 bucks, that's a big investment, especially with little work, you can use the 3.00 IRFP's.

get 100 of them, i'm sure papa greedy boyz will buy it from you. i wil be one of them 😀

OKAY,
I Split the difference and ordered 50 of each. You can sign up for them in my signature link on the right (please dont paste here, I will get the puss spammed out of me)
You can sign up there, pricing is listed there, assuming they all come in and are look good. I will quick check them, but no matching, just looking out for duds. Shipping will be based on what I need to protect them to ship plus the weight of four of these buggers. I will have a local and an international ship price.
All of these were ordered from reputable USA sellers, so I really doubt there are fakes out there.

I am not trying to hijack the thread, just trying to help out. These will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

Some IRF can Porn. Testing them, and weighing them for shipment to remote areas.

I need some more TO-3 mosfets to complete a project. Preferably IRF240, or equivalent. I will need at least 2 sets of 4, each set independently matched to within .1V. That will require quite a few to get matches, I presume. Does anybody have any, or can tell me where to buy a set from factory or stash for matching at a reasonable price?

Many thanks,
John
