I'm afraid I'm not sure, they are for FC-100 boards.

Unless someone advises otherwise I'd guess 15ma is ok.

for FC 100 you dont need matched Q21/Q18 or Q16/Q14 devices because hfe or Vbe of these components have very low inflence over the current passing through it.10 % variation in hfe will not affect the perfomance.but matching of J1-J2 and output devices are more important.Idle Current through these devices
are 8.25 ma and 2ma

As on fc100 forum received advise to measure hfe with dmm so i believe 15ma is ok.

I think i am also intersted in some 1360/3423 especially if they are matched.
How much would be the shipping to Romania ?
