Thanks for the firmware. In reagrds to the 2900 firmware, is this also for the (EU -SCART MODEL)? What benefits does it provide? Does it come from Denon?

I just got a used unit and I need to update the firmware. I am at a loss how to extract and burn these files onto a CD. I am using winrar and I am unable to copy the files once it extracts.

Hi dazzz, thanks for the post. Just wondering, I have a 3910 with 6609-3 (version 3 installed). Do I need to upgrade to version 4 before using the version 5 upgrade that you have posted?
I do not think there is a problem
Because
my denon had the oldest firmware and I updated and everything went well
Two questions. Do you have upgrade procedure for 2900 model? And, what does this firmware fix/update?

Thanks for the links but does anyone in Diy have links that are not Rar files. I could really use the help. There is no more updates from Denon for the 3910.
Hello guys. I realize this is an old thread but it is about the only place I have found firmware updates for the 3910. I have the Japanese version. Any idea if these firmware updates will work? I need the update so I can do DSD out through Denon Link 3.

Hi. My thanks for these files, I have a 3910 with about 30 hours use, the wife just didn't use it, and I have another system in my man cave. I pulled it out of its box a few weeks ago and found it won't play DVD's, doesn't recognise the SACD layer on hybrid discs, and only works at all when the HDMI lead is pulled out. Hoping this will fix it.
