I would like to build the Zaph Waveguide TMM. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the MCM 54-580 or the Pyle Pro PH65. I've ordered on the sites that show that they have stock only to have the order canceled because they can't fulfill it.
Does anyone know of an alternative that will work in place of the MCM or Pyle part?
Thanks,
MM

I will place an order and find out. I've had several orders cancelled - at this point I'll be happy to spend the $20 shipping for these.
I placed an order on Friday and they don't have these.
If anyone has a pair they've been sitting on or knows where i can find a pair I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
MM
Found them
These are discontinued and I wasn't able to find them anywhere in the US. One of the places I ordered from, Quality car audio said that Pyle has discontinued them.
However, I did find them at Altronics.
Altronics - Your One Stop Audio Visual & Electronics Supplier
I ordered two sets and hope to get them in a couple weeks. I'll post a followup when they arrive.

The Arrived
The waveguides arrived from Altronics.
They shipped the parts on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. Shipping was through standard airmail and cost about $25. Given the speed of the delivery I'm impressed with the service.
The waveguides themselves were $16.00 each.

Anyone knows where to get them from? or at least a replacement.
Cheers.
I know that the Elsinore speaker is using some type of waveguide, but don't know if it's similar to the one used by Zaph.

The Elsinore waveguide looks smaller & deeper than what Zaph used.
How about this?
Soundlabs Group WG148R Wave Guide
Dayton (Parts Express) do bigger ones that can be used for dome tweeters, if you mod the throats.
Dayton Audio H08RW 8" Round Waveguide 1-3/8"-18 TPI

That one appears to have the correct size throat. If the profile is correct then they wouldn’t need any machining. That could make it a straight forward build.
There’s a profile of the waveguide on Zaph’s site that you could compare to the drawing to check before ordering.
The Visaton Waveguide listed at $29 from SoundLab is also available from Mouser.com at $16.65. Mouser part# 243-WAVEGUIDEWG148R.
Not to mention that Visaton's matching KE 25 SC ceramic tweeter listed at $285 by SoundLab, is available from Mouser at $141! Mouser part# 243-KE25SC-8OHM.
