I wish to locate and purchase a pair of the transparent polypropylene bass/mid drivers for my Castle Harlech S1 speakers. I think Castles designation may be 06.33.
Does anyone have any old stock or a pair of good secondhand drivers

Interesting that one pair of speakers are for sale here (for €195.00 euro), and one of the polypropylene woofers, on the front baffle, is broke (I guess they are Series1. Tweeter is Vifa metal dome. Woofer is carbon fiber on the S2 with soft dome tweeter). How to repair, any new leads?

Sorry - but as yet I have had no response - it looks a though the drivers are going to be difficult to find!

For new drivers (with old dealers), repairs/re-cones in this case how knows, back engineering for substitutes drivers or ebaying, there are a few different possibilities more or less plausible.

Yes Inductor, I have 3 good original Harlech S1 woofers plus one with a broken cone. I also have 2 original Vifa tweeters. Please let me know what you need.

I just fitted a pair of these,was recommended them as a suitable replacement. @Yeow

I should have added that you only need to chisel a small curve in the cabinet recess and file the fixing holes of the speaker a little for them to fit.

So very sorry for this late post as I did not realise my earlier reply did not go through. A million apologies !
Just an update that I managed to send my driver back to a service centre in York, UK to have the re-coning done. They did a pretty decent job of it and were recommended by someone in Castle. If you need the contact, please PM me.
