I have a set of Mark Kelly's DC motor PCB for a while and is now ready to build them. Then I just found Mark's original articles on the website were gone (http://www.members.iinet.net.au/~quiddity/audio/DCbrushed.html and http://www.members.iinet.net.au/~quiddity/audio/DC_Drive_2.html). Does anyone has a saved copy of these articles or anyone knows if there is a new link for them?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.
The original article was in Bas Hornemanns online DIY mag

Hi Mark,
I had downloaded DIY2006 some while ago but not yet read your article.
Now that the appetite is whetted, I will read your article and in the meantime I thank you for your contribution.

Mark do you have any currently available DC motor controllers available commercially or have you given up on us?
I no longer support that design, although I will try to answer any questions about it. Please remember that the original was a group buy, I made no money on this.
I went in a new direction with DC motor controllers and came up with something I think is quite new and works far better than the original. Forgive the lack of detail I'm protecting my IP. I may try to commercialise it eventually but for the moment I'm working on AC controllers.
My major problem with DC remains the unreliability of the motors at low speeds. The Maxon motors are the best I've found but they just don't like being run at low speed.

Thanks Mark, I look forward to it making it into production. If you ever need a 'potted' one testing I'll be only too happy to trial it at the 666rpm my deck runs at, with Maxon motor.

Luckily I saved those webpages, as I haven't built mine yet.
I've attached three zipfiles, unpack them to the same directory. In the pdf file above there's no BOM, but in the webpages there's one.

Has anyone saved a copy of his Synchrotron motor controller for the Pink triangle/Linn. I have the parts and the PCBs but have lost the construction manual/pages that Mark sent me due to a hard disk crash.
My apologies.
I got your message but since I'm working away from home at the moment* I have no access to the files you need. I have to be back at school by the 28th of May so I'll be able to send things around then.
* It's Vintage down here.

Hi guys, i know this is an old thread. I would like to know if it can be configured for voltage output at 3.8V-4.2V instead of 4.5V or higher.

Thank you Mark. My turntable use Maxon motor and voltage output of 3.282V for 33rpm and i think 4.1V for 45rpm. Could you help me regard the parts changes to lower the center voltage outputs. I 've got a set from the group buy many yrs ago . Very much appreciated.

Hi guys,
Despite following the links i am unable to find a definitive components list/BOM for the controller PCB(S) to populate my newly acquired PCB(S)
Can anyone suggest a working link please?
Best regards
Johnny
