You have to test the power output transistors
And then the drivers... and then continue to the smaller ones.
Supply and power transistors are always in the top of the list when we have burned fuses...there are other causes, but for sure those are the main ones.
You need to desolder 2 of the transistor leads...one can be keept into the printed board and test them.
Check also your power supply rectifiers and observe the condensers if warm, and check if something is dark, burned, smelling bad or something.
I could find the TA-F30...... maybe this can help you...there's a chance that only voltage will be different...maybe also the output transistors different.
May be helpfull to some start of debugging.

Carlos

TA-F6B uses a switching power supply, which makes debugging somewhat of a problem. It also uses proprietary Sony driver chips in the power amp.
You might want to look for schematics for the TA-N86(B) power amp, it uses a similar power supply.

I'll have to try and dig the schematic out. If I recall it uses CX171 chips.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
