I have made a newI just got this and it's working great! I could have chosen from a lot of DDC's and isolators but wanted to try something designed by an actual audiophile and this device is working great to isolate a lot of usb mosquito noise
thanks @op111op
The brand-new USB isolator we have painstakingly developed adopts advanced OCXO (Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator) technology. It can provide precise and stable clock signals for data transmission, significantly reducing jitter and errors during the transmission process, and ensuring smooth and reliable data transfer.
In addition, the equipped USB data reconditioner can optimize and correct the transmitted data, effectively eliminating interference and significantly improving data integrity and accuracy.
This isolator is widely applicable in high-precision fields such as professional audio production and scientific research experiments, as well as in daily office and entertainment scenarios. It can not only protect the equipment from electrical interference and damage but also significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of data transmission.

Quite a number of vendors here provide sales link directly. I guess it is not against the regulations.
You have the 4166 model too? Hope to have your opinion on both models in comparison soon.I'll send you a PM, I don't want to break any rules.. not sure if we can post direct links?
Curious if such a device can overcome the limitations of non audiophile USB ports. Clean power supply and good clocks is all that matters in the end, right? Whether the clock is on a card inside the pc, or in a box should be the same, or am I missing something?
Also, why all the high current regulators in that box? Hardly anything, apart from the ocxo appears to significant current.

I fancy clock in a USB isolator is completely waste as no clocks from USB is used for audio in the receiving end.

Oh, wow, who would have thought? The really nice thing is you can use the same profound statement for ethernet too 🙂
Could you send me link too? Thanks @uncola .I'll send you a PM, I don't want to break any rules.. not sure if we can post direct links?
You should watch Golden Sounds video on DDCs he explains why they are in some cases a nice and beneficial addition to your audio chain.Curious if such a device can overcome the limitations of non audiophile USB ports. Your right though, in the end the Dac, Streamer, etc. that your connecting a DDC (like this one) to is the ultimate deterant of sound quality. Although this can improve jitter and reduce noise/improve THD performance, its not gonna make much difference on say a D90 that has a galvanic isolated USB input. However on a device without an isolated USB input like an old schitt modius it should make a huge difference in objective performance.
The device in this thread is not a DDC but an USB isolator with USB reclocking. While DDC may in some case be beneficial to audio chain USB reclocking is useless. You should watch Golden Sounds video on DDCs he explains why they are in some cases a nice and beneficial addition to your audio chain.
Thank you for pointing that out, im half asleep rn so I didn't pay much attention to the product description lol. If thats all it does your right though, I would skip.

Did you at all read the post you are quoting? Or did specific words just fit some preconceived notions in your brain?
