The third floor of building next to mine collapsed, making mine unusable for the foreseeable future, so I ended my lease. So, I'm moving on to some other venture as yet unknown. 🙂

My day job's been keeping me busy, but I've been working on some stuff for PASS DIY to see if that can be re-ignited. 🙂 I better save the SR move for when I retire.

Thank you, Bob. I know for sure. I need to save for 5 or 10 more years though. Going from Ohio to California is the wrong direction mathematically. 🙂
