I think the question is not clear. What dispersion are you looking for?

Kii, Amphion and Dutch & Dutch are closer to 90-150 degrees than 360 degrees at mid to high frequencies. That is even narrower than cardioid. This is not bad on itself, but it does not classify as 'omnipole'.
 
To my understanding, an omni directional speaker is a sound source that radiates uniform in all directions, not just in the horizontal plane.

So, the Duevels speakers, however probebly excelent speakers in there own right, are not likely to be treuly omni directional speakers.

Then you're limited to something like a dodecahedron suspended from the ceiling by a cable to emulate a radiating sphere in freespace. Why so specific ?

Simple, the performance of the tetrahedron I posted a link to earlier in this thread is easy to predict, it does not need extensively testing, is easy to build and is relatively cheap. By the way, it does not hang on the ceiling.
