I can't guarantee the feet alone will completely fix your 2nd wood floor office vibration situation. It can be a rabbit hole of buying more things to place under your table to fix it. You can try placing bath towel under the table to TEST and determine if getting an Isolation platform will help. I've heard of people using bubble wrap or kid's bicycle inner tube between two MDF boards as dirt cheap platform. I do know the best approach for isolating the turntable is placing it on a wall mounted turntable shelf. You'll need to find the wall studs etc.
