Z-axis could be actual engineering knowledge. we start with 'soldering mechanician'/noobie at one end and progress through to PhD with 30 yrs experience on the on the other. Maybe Excel is my friend
We currently have acute followership problem. When parents say that this is good for you, kids know that it won't taste good. In audio when designers say this amp measures very well, customers suspect that most probably it sounds so-so but less than good. 😱
