US Naval pilots "We see UFO everyday for at least a couple of years"

My understanding is that Moore's law describes the number of transistors on a die.
So it's not inherently computer specific, but there's not really an analog reason for millions of die transistors.

If the space visitors' technology is meant for stealth, it needs some tweaking. 🙂

A computer doesn't have to carry food or water. In order to sustain life, wouldn't you need something big? Sure you may have stealth but whatever it is it has to carry people and all the supplies for a long journey.

That is unless you can achieve FTL travel that can move from one place to another in such a short time with only one or two being at the control.

No, like something beyond their current level of understanding.
What do you mean, their? The beings that are far more advanced than we are?
That is unless you can achieve FTL travel that can move from one place to another in such a short time with only one or two being at the control.
If they did, then sure, it doesn't have to carry all the amenities for long trip.

Do you know of any application that requires huge numbers of transistors on dies which is not a computer?

No need for live beings though - only probes with relatively simple AI are required.
