Thank you all for your interest in patience! I am ordering the PCBs as per the table above. The cost is be US$8 per any one green PCB with HASL finish, plus shipping. Shipping costs $5 per order for the continental US and $15 elsewhere. These should be nice stocking stuffers 🙂 I will get back shortly on the SMT soldering details.

• Any one bare board $8
• BPPBP board with all SMT parts soldered: $42
• Selector board with all SMT parts soldered: $14
• 64-step volume control board with all SMT parts soldered: $24
• 16-step volume control board with all SMT parts soldered: $12
• Shipping to the continental U.S.: $5 per shipment (multiple boards ship together)
• Shipping elsewhere: $15 per shipment

Timing:

• Bare boards should arrive in a couple of days and will ship by the end of this week (after receiving payments).
• Boards with SMT parts soldered should be ready for shipping by the end of next week.

Shipping:

• I plan to use USPS First Class Package as the most economical option. If you want something else, send me a PM.

Choice of parts for the boards with soldered SMT parts:

• Precision thin film resistors in BPPBP (those around the difference amplifier, affecting CMRR) are Susumu RG 0.1%.
• All other resistors are Susumu RR 0.5%.
• All other parts as per respective BOMs.
• The parts are fairly common and purchased from Mouser, so should be authentic.
• Non-SMT parts, such as relays, connectors or electrolytic capacitors, are not included.
