I've just had a note from my friend Mike who's a bass guitarist and has electronics experience like me, and he's buying a Fender Rumble 500 with one of these ICE 125 Modules!

Looks good, I have the exact same module and case ordered. What speakers are you powering with this amp? I am am hoping to run mine off the pre outs of my Denon avr x-4100. Or if that doesnt work I will use my carver c-1 Billd preamp. I am hoping to power Energy RC-70 towers and a center channel. Not sure if I will need to go BTL mode ore the 65watts at 8ohm will be sufficient since all the low end is courtesy of SVS pc-12 pluses.

I use 2x200Watt 4Ohm 3-way loudspeakers from Teufel.
As a preamp I use a HIFI PGA2311 Remote volume control preamplifier Stereo preamp with 4 way inputs or the FX-AUDIO TUBE-03 Préamplificateur Tubes 6J1 Stéréo Noir with GE JAN 5654W Tube.
The sound is really good ....
For me it was a very good decision to buy the components 🙂 🙂

^ I see you're using an Audiophonics branded RaspDAC. What variant of MPD are you using to get the 2-line display to work? PiCore?

I use moode audio as MPD.
For display I use pydPiper.
For Power management for Audiophonics I-Saber ES9023 V3.

Thanks. I have the same case, but using Ropieee as the roon end-point. Of course, Ropieee being an image doesn't allow for such customization. So no display and blinking power switch. 🙂

Good luck with your build. I built a similar class D amp out of ICEPower modules a few years back. (125ASX I believe.) Very nice sounding with lots of 'detailed presence'.
Edit: Correction, 250xxx modules.

Have been enjoying for one week the 125asx2 on a ghent case, amazing sound.
But today after 30 minutes of listening I herad a pop on the speakers and no more sound.
The amp stays turning on and off.
Any idea off what can be problem?

Congrats for your build
Which amp is it ? You have pics a few post back of another build using the 125asx2. This one has a different pcb layout and heatsink.
