Yes, as I said it before, that is the legacy of my decade lasting work in a noisy computer room, on both of my ears.
Most of the audiometers measures up to 8kHz.
I'm going to install one in the near future, which is able to measure higher frequencies.
I have no illusions, don't think I will hear anything above say 12-14 kHz.
