Good afternoon Kartino, my name is jonas, I'm trying to mount the amplifier "ucd-xlite v.2 final". But I'm just burning components, I have several schematics here I tried to mount the "ucd xilina" among others but I'm not having success, I would like your help if I can send the pcb pci design, I can pay for it if that's the case .... My name is Jonas, I'm from Brazil.-

Bridge is not yet tested by myself, but someone said he has test it successfully.

I just do it electronic for hobby. But layout by other.

Thank you kartino. A question, can I withdraw the balanced input stage and a simple preamp.

I managed to make it work, however the mosfet irfp260 are heating up a lot and without load .. but the sound is coming out in the speaker and beautiful ... some subject of how to reduce the heating of the mosfet and increase the frequency to 250 to 350khz of pwm

Use light new mosfet like IRFP4227

IRFP260 is ideal up to 250kHz like branded amp
To have clean hi sound you will need at least 300kHz. Mine is 330kHz quite good almost like class AB

Seems it is poor quality of parts
Like Master Bruno Putzeys said: No tricks but good parts. In Class D this is the rule.

I've assembled with components available here, but as informed in the schematic, my problem is that pwm starts to turn a sine wave when the power starts to rise + - about 200w rms for more

hi katrino i had made this amp , the version of classd from ru the amp was nice and clear the only disadvantage is that i never had good fets i used irf540 for low power and irfp250 for hi power. when i used hi voltage like +/-70vlts the amp failed i suspect it was the fets but now that i have irfb4227 and many smd parts e.g mmbt5401/5551 mmbt 4403/3903 i will revist the project.

by the way how many voltage are you using with your discreet version? also your load and output fets that you have used?

hi jonas increase the value of R1 and R40 . it increases dead time

Thank you stewin, I put a trimpot of 270R in their place gave a great improvement. But the pwm is 220khz the mosfet has cooled, now it is lacking power, to a certain volume it plays well, then starts to make noise, as if the pwm were turning off and reconnecting

how many output fets have you put in parallel?? maybe increase the amps of the 12v aux voltage
