A bit anxious ...........

Thanks a lot, I'm now expecting mine ............. 😉

I tried to read eveyrting about this preamp's building, and found lots and lots of posts with details and possible mods in this very long thread !

Is there a place with the most important things about the various aspects ........ like the basic options, and different options (PSU, gain, input/output impedance, pots, chassis etc ......)
Or should I just build it step by step, and think of the various options ? Any other thread on these issues ?

Or maybe just start a new thread and try to summerize each of these subjects ?

The basic circuit works and works well without any modifications.

The biggest problem I found was with the operation of the volume control potentiometer.
I replaced it with a switched control which, for me, is far better than the linear sliding wiper pot.
