If you connect input where it is noted output, yes. It will either connect it to one or the other receiver
The relay does not know anything. It only clicks when DC goes through its coil. You know what to do with it and what to label. If you got an input that goes to an installed SUT and a direct input for instance, you can label the RCA to SUT "MC" and the RCA direct "MM". Same for the front panel switch positions. Then select SUT output or the direct to the 40-45dB gain level phono preamp circuit. Now you got MC or MM input selectivity.
A cheap one on the front panel switching the DC line to one or the other relay's coil. One or the other is energized for connecting a stereo input. The other goes open and the inputs don't mix.
Wherever its functionality appliesI guess I could use also for your FSP, right?
Mouser etc. or eBay
Do you know similar I can buy RS or Farnell?
If possible Merlin, use 2 riaas and switch higher up
Other RIAA schematic suggestion for Itch?

What I meen is you all try to get the best cablings and stuff for lowest interference, low capacistance etc and then putting a big switch inbetween. That is asking for problems if it can be avoided.

Thanks for advice.
Does this help you any better?🙂
Perfect Salas, Thanks!
Can I order the 5V version and use the 6.1Vdc from D1 heater supply?
Or is there a better idea for powering the circuit?
Thanks
