Is Jokener answering to your messages (PMs and/or mails) since he returned? Because this is not my case, and tomorrow I'll have to open a PayPal dispute as is day 44th... 🙁
He posted a page or so back. Given what we know about his track record with Group Buys, I'm find with waiting. I know he's waiting on mouser for a couple of parts. I imagine that partial shipments are prohibitive cost wise.
We'll see. I expect all will workout, but ya gotta do, what ya gotta do. 🙂
no reply to my email sent on the 14th after he said everything was back on track and to email, hed get it straight away on his mobile apparently; as opposed to not answering any posts for a couple of weeks. i'm not waiting on mouser, but then i havent recieved any actual information for about 3 weeks

I've sent him PM on the 6th of January, and an e-mail on 12th of January, but no replies, the funny thing is that I'm still waiting on my kit from the previous group buy...
yeah i knew there were a few of you; everyone keeps on stating that everything has been perfect for the last one, so obviously nothing is wrong here, 'just give him some more time' hes having family problems they say, hes waiting for stuff from mouser blah blah blah. i'm waiting for a case that has zero to do with mouser, your order has nothing to do with mouser, or at least it shouldnt.
so when did you make your order? several people have made, or are about to make claims with paypal making it 45 days with them since they paid, with most having ordered before that. there is something up here and if there isnt then its still dodgy and needs to be looked into by the mods before we end up with another aussie GB. has anyone had anything at all, kits, case, transformers etc shipped in the last 6-8 weeks ? not received, shipped

Have you requested a track&trace or an enquiry with the carrier. Shipments do get lost sometimes
Not to take any sides, but i do think its safe to say that most who have done business with him is happy, otherwise i suppose this thread would be filled with a lot more discontent.
However i cant understand why there is no recent update of orders. I think alot of people have ordered lately, but nothing happens, no replys or any update of order sheet.
While i do appreciate the time involved in such an undertaking as a groupbuy, you should at least make sure to have the time to give some updates/check orders every other day.

Well I for one want to say the ease which you all jump to a conclusion of dishonesty is disappointing. Firstly, I know several people got burned with the Aussie GB, but my perspective is that GB's with unknown facilitors is the risk you take for the convienience of letting someone else run run logistics. The saving is bugger all for a GB over your own purchase and the upside is its easy, the down side is you are on someone elses schedule and personal integrity.
QUSP, for the minor cost variation for buying the enclosure from element 14 why would you bother using the GB. Particularly as I understand you have run GBs yourself. But Blue fusion should not be prosecuted, he should just have a visit from some of you, I have a great diy taser Kit.
The final point I make is this. If you lend someone a $100 and never hear from them again it was worth it and a bargain.

because it was presented as a no hassle alternative, as i have repeated many times, i did not buy this for the O2, I have not even read the manual because the amp, tbh does not interest me, i have several better performing amps already objectively, without even talking subjectively. i saw the pics, i saw the price, it seemed reasonable, the feedback here seemed positive, so i bought the case and i dont really dig having my motivation questioned for what? so you can defend his actions?

Nope, I taught Jokener had insured it, it would have been the logical thing to do, because this way one can protect himself for cases like this.
For the record, I didn't sad that it's a scam, I only told facts, I still believe that somewhere someone just made a mistake, and I will get my kit, or my money back.
