Total Supply requirement:
+/-15VDC
+/-75VDC
+/-120VDC
All referenced to Ground.
Eric, you failed to see Post # 10
It says about rail voltage requirements.
hi workhorse

i got a quote from PLACOMPEL here in brazil for all the PCBs
with 1.6mm FR-4, 70 microns, green/white color
AMP PCB
12 pcs: 266.00 USD (22.15 USD/pcs )
PS PCB
12 pcs: 563.00 USD ( 47.00 USD/pcs )
PAINEL PCB
12pcs: 326.00 USD ( 27.20 USD/pcs )
for +50 i can get +- 50% off...

I am stupid sometimes ;-) But I was referring to the capacitors and stuff. THANK YOU for posting them.
I wish I could just print the PCB's at our office - because I could use one of our CNC machines to drill all of the holes!

workhorse..
can you post the toroidal secundary details..
i need for a quote..
Multi Tap 90-50-20-0-20-50-90 VAC 14Ampere secondary
i'm designing a single sided pcb
hi FELIBAR12,
is your artwork completed.please do post the files if yes

Kanwar or anyone who might know ;-)
Do you have a link for DigiKey or the Manufacturer for the output RFChoke? (RFC1 on the PCB, and 4700uH schematic)
There are so many different types of chokes and rf filters - and I do not know which kind you designed for, and also, I cannot find one to match the PCB holes or layout.

Take it easy dude, its 4.7uH not 4700uH.
Just wind 15 turns of 2mm wire with hand, ring diameter matched with pcb footprint. Thats all.😀
to QSC AMPLIFIERS - They do not even publish the specs for the trafos in the heavy amplifiers, and especially not for the switching amplifiers. I can buy a new PLX 3600 for the same price as 2 RMX trafos from the repair department.
I will find you yahoo now maybe....

Kanwar - Stupid question-
You said all the other parts are standard passive - But what are what about resistors just labeled as 5.6e, 750e, etc.... what are the watts, axial?, material composition (metal oxide, wirewound, carbon film, etc), and % values? Some are obvious, but others are not.
If I look up parts on digikey with just 750e, I get 26 different resistors with every type of composition, size, watts, %... I don't want to make a mistake for the BOM, because I want to add it to the WIKI as my contribution.
So -
I am still trying to make a complete parts BOM, but only you know the answer to many questions my friend...

MFR if you are rich guy from America,
CFR if you are poor guy from Manila,
All resistors 1/4W unless otherwise noted.

yup, metal films are quite expensive in manila so i use them only for gain determining resistors, all else are carbon films......
