Mosfets GB interest

What about to create a new GB for mosfets, are the most expensive part but we can get very good discount for large quantities at Mouser or Digi-Key.

irf540 are very cheap.
Adopt the -ve supply version, it uses only Nchannel devices.
Two -ve versions can be series coupled for a dual polarity supply. This needs a dual secondary transformer.
