A graph without accompanying text is no graph, i.e. meaningless.
Edmond, apparently John is unable to post graphics for some reason. I don't know why. So what he does is to email them to other posters and have them post the graphics for him. SY has done this for John in the past too if I remember right. I understand and agree with your point, but Pavel posted that just to help John out, not to make a statement on his own behalf.

i know of a special knot called "chirurgen knoten" that does also alter the quantum state in digital cables. i am able to tune your digital cable with artfull knotting to taste. it is totally free but i do it only for good friends so it is unaffordable for rich people. hey john, come down back to us mortals. yes, i know god is in the details but because of the heisenberg relationship forever hidden.
Joachim, what is wrong? You DO believe in phono cartridge differences, don't you? What is wrong with Bybee? By the way, I did NOT put Bybee here to be analyzed. I am only defending a friend and sometime business acquaintance.
it is about what is important and what is not. do you experience a dramatic difference in sound when you use those then please come over to my house, install them and when i find a major benefit i buy them and pay your back ticked. what is wrong in the high end today is that we can not see the forest becuse of the trees or was it the other way around ? we are so stuck in details that we overlook the big picture. i think a new and better topology is much more importand then an accessory, not to mention loudspeakers and room acoustics. i simply do not like to see you as an atvocate for fine tuning when there is so much fundamental work to do. you changed my world with your creativity. you simply do not need esoteric influences to function perfectly well in my book of admiration. why people hate Bybee i do not know and i certainly agree that he is not selling so much that he gets rich so it it really corious why he got into that position to be an example of a rippoff with no scientific background. to do well here he should better come up with some hard scientific evidence. ok, john, i can not measure love.
Joachim, when you were here in Berkeley, you could have met up with Jack Bybee and me, as well. You were too busy. That's OK, but these are real devices, and I use them in my audio system. I am now hoping to get another Lyra SL, after the CES. I can hear the differences between phono cartridges, yet, I don't really know why. My Lydian works, but I had better, 10 years ago. I had an SL here, but the customer wanted it back, so I had to return it to him, last week. I play in your sandbox, please don't ignore mine.
Oh get real. The Stereophool judgment was a load of B.S. Read what was written - to pass the sound test the opamp had to be removed, not substituted 🙄
The reviewer condemned the amp because OPAMPs are "dirty sand" - it would not have mattered who designed the evil 8-legged part.

dear john ! i know i missed a great oportunity but it is not the last time i am in the aerea and i make shure to spend some time with you and mr.bybee if you invite me despite my sometimes sarkastic humor. the reason Lyras sound different is they way they are made. they are all handmade and in the old times they differed more then now. what i got the last 4 years was extremely consistent though. i whould thereoritise that a cartridge with low impedance and high output whould have better dynamics because the dynamic range between the johnson noise and the output is bigger. we listened to a new cartridge here from Lyra (the Delos) that is quite a pradigm shift. it had very robust bass. i can try to make shure that you get a cartridge from Mishima san personally if that is meaningfull for you and you could specify what you need in the boundary of what is awailable. i have not talked to Stig Björge about that but i know him as one of the few gentlemen that are left in the busyness. if i get his permission you will not be disappointed.
John, pay attention to maximum file sizes and resolutions. The only limitation I am aware of in posting images/files.
