Replacing Paper Caps

I am assuming that my paper caps are leaking in my Webcor Musicale. I have determined the Values and the polarities. Where do I find 20 mfd, 30 mfd, and 40 mfd 150 vdc capacitors to replace and can I use say a 200 vdc cap or higher? I hope this is the problem.
